Seven Hills Brussel sprouts are an old variety which develops into small, robust & hardy plants. Seven Hills are well-flavoured and crop well from December through to March. Unlike other sprouts, these plants mature at different times over several weeks; another bonus is the fact they are not too tall, so they will stand well in bad weather.

How to grow Brussels sprouts
Sow. Indoors March-April
Plant out from mid-May to the end of June
How?
Sow 1/2" (1cm) deep in prepared seed trays indoors from mid-March to the end of April, then from mid-May, transplant your seedlings into rows (75cm) apart in firm ground.
Harvest
Pick & enjoy December to the end of March.
