CAULIFLOWER SEEDS -" SNOWBALL" - 200 SEEDS

A great choice of cauliflower for the gardener, it produces compact dwarf plants which can happily be planted closer together.

Even though it is generally known as an early cauliflower, it is a lot more versatile than that and can be used for spring, summer, autumn and winter.  

The compact plants produce a good crop of 13 - 15 cm pure white cauliflower heads that are tightly packed to the point of being solid and of superb quality. They can be forced, and they freeze well too.

Sow.  April -July  (germination usually takes 7-10 days)

How to sow cauliflower seeds

Sowings can be made in trays or modules under glass at 13°C. Later sowings can be made into a seed bed in shallow drills 2cm (3/4") deep in short rows.

When the seedlings have their first pair of leaves, its time to prick then out one seedling per cell, and harden them off gradually before planting them out in rows 45cm apart and 60cm space between the rows
