The kitchen garden herb seeds included are

Chive seeds, approx 300 seeds

A delicious evergreen herb that will come back year after year. The slim, elegant dark green leaves can be snipped with scissors and used as a spicy addition to salads, or in soups, stews, curries and potato salad.

The pale mauve pom-pom-like flowers, which are produced in early summer, are also edible and look wonderful sprinkled over a summer salad.

This is a very decorative addition to herb or vegetable gardens and will attract pollinators to your garden.

Oregano Greek herb seeds, Approx 800 seeds

A great herb for your ever-growing herb garden, Greek Oregano is considered to have the best flavour. It can grow up to 50-60cm tall and have beautiful edible flower spikes of white, pink or purple.

Used a lot in greek cooking to make lovely sauces, and to flavour meat and fish.

Coriander herb seeds, Approx 120 seeds

The small, creamy brown seeds of the coriander plant, give dishes a warm, aromatic and slightly citrus flavour, totally different to fresh coriander leaves and taste great crushed in homemade burgers.

Coriander goes well with fish, chicken and pork and is especially delicious added to curries.

Borage herb seeds, Approx 75 seeds

Borage is an easy-to-grow herb, which produces beautiful star-shaped flowers which will attract lots of pollinators to your garden.

Both the leaves and flowers of the plant are edible and commonly used as a garnish, dried herb, or vegetable in a variety of drinks and dishes.

The leaves are sometimes also ground up and steeped in hot water to brew herbal tea

Meanwhile, the seeds are used to make borage oil, which is usually applied topically to the hair and skin.

Borage is rich in gamma linoleic acid (GLA), which is an omega-6 fatty acid that has been shown to decrease inflammation.

Dill herb seed, Approx 500 seeds

A particularly fine-flavoured variety of dill that's well known for its generous leaf production, selected to produce more foliage before running to seed than most.

Dill provides a delicious flavouring to pickles or with vegetables, salads and fish dishes, and the pretty, feathery foliage looks at home anywhere in the garden, making a lovely foil to your flowers.

If it is allowed to flower, then these can be eaten too. They have a similar flavour to the leaves.
