🗓️ When to Sow:

• Indoors: February – April

• Outdoors: April – June (after last frost)

📦 How to Sow Indoors:

1. Chill seeds first: Place packet in the fridge for 2–4 weeks to help germination.

2. Fill seed trays with moist compost. Lightly press seeds into the surface – do not cover (they need light).

3. Cover tray with a clear lid or polythene to retain humidity.

4. Place in a cool, bright spot (15–20°C).

5. Germination can take 3–6 weeks – be patient and keep moist.

🌱 Growing On:

• Transplant into pots when large enough to handle.

• Harden off before planting outdoors (gradually acclimatise to cooler air).

• Space plants 30–40cm apart in well-drained soil and full sun.
