Fresh Herb Microgreen Mix for Home Delivery

A fresh, aromatic mix of microgreens and herbs for home delivery.

We grow and harvest this herb mix at Curriott Hill Farm in Crewkerne. It brings together sweet pea shoots, peppery leaves, fresh herbs and delicate edible nasturtium for an easy finishing touch to everyday food.

What’s in the mix?

• Pea shoots: sweet, crisp and fresh.
• Radish: crisp and peppery.
• Onion: a light spring-onion flavour.
• Red frills mustard: colourful leaves with a mustardy kick.
• Borage: fresh, soft leaves with a hint of cucumber.
• Fennel: delicate leaves with a mild aniseed flavour.
• Nasturtium: tender leaves with a lively peppery taste.
• Coriander: bright, aromatic and citrusy.

The amount of each variety may change slightly from week to week.

What does it taste like?

Fresh, fragrant and savoury, with sweet pea shoots and peppery mustard and radish balanced by coriander, fennel and cucumber-like borage.

How to use it

• Scatter over salads, eggs, fish and roasted vegetables.
• Add to sandwiches, wraps and grain bowls.
• Use as a fresh garnish just before serving.

Choose your size

• Medium: good for 1–2 people.
• Large: good for around 3 people.

Keeping it fresh

Keep the punnet refrigerated. Wash only what you are about to use under cool running water, dry it, then put the rest straight back in the fridge.
