Pea Shoots microgreens produce delicious sweet-tasting, crunchy pea tips.

Their twisted tendrils and leaf tips make a fabulous-looking garnish to top off a dish like a Masterchef Pro. They are as easy to grow and can be grown all year round indoors or under glass.

How to grow?

soak the seeds for 8-12 hours before sowing

Fill a tray with compost and thoroughly moisten
Sow the seeds on top of the growing medium
Place another tray on top to keep light out and moisture in
Keep your compost moist by watering lightly as needed. Don't drench!
Use Coconut Coir and you likely won't have to water at all after planting!
Harvest when the leaves are open and 2cm - 7cm tall (days 5-14).
Cut just above the medium, with scissors or a sharp knife.
